How Long Does It Take to Register a Domain Name and Hosting? Print

Once you complete your order through the Client Area, service setup and domain registration begin immediately after payment confirmation.

Activation Timelines

1. Web Hosting Account Activation

  • As soon as payment is confirmed, your hosting account is provisioned automatically. You will receive a "Hosting Account Welcome Email".

2. Domain Name Registration & DNS Propagation

  • Turnaround: Up to 24 Hours

  • Domain registration with the registry occurs as soon as payment clears. While local registration is usually submitted in minutes, global DNS propagation (the time it takes for internet service providers worldwide to update their records to point to your new website) can take up to 24 hours.
